Dr Leon is highly skilled and knowlegable. She thinks things through and talks WITH you NOT at you. She is caring and concerned. Punctuality is 4/5 only because she takes time wth her patients, doesn't rush and if she is late, it is for a good reason, busy caring for hospital patient, a shut in or an emergency. Her stall are very fond of her = a good sign.

Dr Leon is awesome, especially if you actually have something wrong. She has a very "to the point manner" that I am very fond of. I am very happy to have her taking such attentive care of me.

Dr Leon is my 4th doctor in 4 years on Salt Spring Island (they keep leaving). I have found her to be very matter of fact, knowledgeable, and direct in her profession. She takes the time I need from a doctor, checks specifics (ie. blood pressure) every time I see her. I wish she never left the island.

Doctor upon meeting me for the first time ...asks why I don't have a certain test...I told her I do not have the organ for it..( it is obvious that she does not read the charts)...she bellows my name when I am in not in visual range..I have told her 3 times I am hearing impaired...she does not palpate anything...when shown something that should palpated for a better diagnosis. She does not tell me when she visits my mum in ECU....her language abilities are not up to par.....I can speak Spanish better than she can speak English. Also, I am an medical professional...I am looking for another doctor who is not rude and assume all of us are stupid.....I am very sorry Dr. Woodley left us in her "care"....in fact, I am appalled.

Dr. Leon was very professional involving the identification and diagnosis of my blood sugar issues. She prescribed the right balance of diet and supplements. Thank-You

Very difficult to understand due to accent and English language skills. Both doctor & patient become frustrated when they do not grasp what she is trying to say. Communication skills and bedside mannerism leave a lot to be desired. Seems to be very knowledgeable and has a no-nonsense attitude. It's her way or the highway. Appears to be under a lot of stress. Has a sour disposition most of the time.
