My wife, Anne Marie Powell was seen by Dr. Baillie 8 years ago re heart problem. He was most informative and personable and his medical treatment and quick referral to Royal Jubilee Hosp. was LIFE SAVING for her. She is doing wonderfully well and we just wish to say a very big THANK YOU.

Knowledgeable, kind, caring, takes the time to make sure you understand your condition. He even drew pictures to show me exactly what was going on.

Excellent bedside manner, very knowledgable, and a great artist which allows him to draw a picture (upside down to his view but rightside up to patient)Very calm, confident and extremely knowledgable! Never had anyone better!
