Michelle Ismail has been our doctor since we moved to Duncan from Alberta 14 years ago. We are lucky to have her! Always has time to answer your concerns even though it is a very busy clinic. Don’t know what we’d do without this very dedicated woman...she also has a good sense of humour!

Dr. Ismail always takes the time to 'HEAR' me , I never feel rushed or that my issue is not very important...She is professional and thorough.

Wonderful Dr. She is well worth the distance I drive to see her. She makes you feel that she has all the time in the world for you. She explains things so clearly and never with an alarmist tone.I feel very lucky to have inherited her when my previous DR. retired.
